Includes most basic functionality

Purchase, Authorize, Capture, Cancel, Refund. Also able to create Subscriptions and recurring payments even though not supported by Omnipay. This is because Quickpay handles subscriptions very similar to payments.

First release

Works but is not perfect at all, hence the 0.1 version.
