Subject: [PATCH] Update event_survey.html - Correct grammar

Remove duplicate word "you"

(sidenote: it is only relevant to answer "for sign-up", not when/who/how you answer, so adding i.e. (possessive) pronoun "them"/"(them) their questions" is redundant.)
