Is generalized likelihood function applicable to cases other than hydrological modeling? For example water temperature modeling where we do not need to magnify the measurement error proportional to measurement magnitude. It seems "likelihood_muh" is a mandatory parameter that generalizedLikelihoodFunction always expects us to define it.
