XSPEC model comptb is missing #165

The XSPEc model comptb (https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/xanadu/xspec/manual/node156.html#comptb) is not available in astromodels

@rwiller I have done some investigating into this. It is has something to do with how this model is wrapped in the C++

One option could be to figure out how this model is defined and create your own. I will continue to investigate.
