Currently 0-flist is only capable of creating an flist out of a filesystem that already has all the file properly layout.

We don't have any specification/language that let a user build an flist from simple description of action like Docker provide with its Dockerfile.

Having something similar would greatly ease the process of creating flist.

Also, since we are now aiming to be OCI compliant (#9 ), we need a way for user to configure the behavior of their container.
