Peers generate excessive amounts of traffic #543

while one can see there is hardly any traffic going over the mycelium network, still the remaining 4 peers generate massive amounts of traffic. DE01 peer for example did 72TB in December, is already up to 22TB for Jan.

This should now be fixed, according to our prometheus metrics
