Travis CI throws Unauthorized for HTTP Public Key Pinning call #2

The following Travis CI test for the HTTP Public Key Pinning fails because of invalid API credentials:

There should be a way to test this in the CI environment - if possible without valid credentials. Locally it works fine.

The comment is misleading and should be fixed too.
