The environments node should be populated and follows the:

Environments
-- environmentName
----Secrets
------<secret listing>
----Variables
------<variable listing>

This is blocked when using Octokit due to octokit/octokit.net#2752.

Starting on Environments

- Starting on #17 but blocked by API in package used, still will display them
- Added counts to other things
