I have created a new Fedora Copr repository for development build
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/timlau/yumex-ng-dev/

enable with

sudo dnf copr enable timlau/yumex-ng-dev

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/timlau/yumex-ng/
will only contain build of releases in the future.

enable with

sudo dnf copr enable timlau/yumex-ng
