I don't know why, but sometimes wind angle is "nil" (should be around 260). Sometimes it works. I'll try to isolate it.

The only difference I see now is the order of powerup of NGT-1 / argo / the rest of the instruments. It works the NGT-1 & argo is started and then the rest of the system gets power. It doesn't work if I power up the instruments first and then power up the NGT-1 & argo.
