multi cluster deployment

What are your thoughts on making this deployment guide map to the multi cluster ref arch?

I know there would be issues, but I'd love to consider it sooner rather than later!

Considering things like the guide actually helping you set up the clusters and then configure TAP on them

I think it makes sense to wait until the TAP 1.1 GA.
Not sure whether cluster provisioning should be part of this repository. As you know, there is another team working on Terraform scripts.
