Cleaning / relaxing the 2D molecular structure

Dear developers,
I find your MolSketch program very nice and usefull easy to compile and navigate the code.

But there is one feature (cleaning/relaxing molecule in 2D) which I'm missing in existing open-source molecular drawing software and which is present in comertial sotware such as (ChemSketch, chemdraw etc... )

I find this feature really essential for drawing nice presentable chemical drawings. Therefore I implemented it into your program. Please see it in my branch and eventually incorporate it into the main branch:
