Team joining link issue

• Overview: The link given in the mail that has been send to the team members to join the team is not working.

• Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Register a team and add team members.
  2. After successful registration, mails will be send to the team lead and the team members.
  3. Team member attempt joining the team via the link send through the mail.

• Expected Behavior:

  • The link should be able to let the team members join the team.

• Actual Behavior:

  • The link is not letting the team member to join the team.

Additional Information:

• This is not a common issue, only happens for 1 in a 10 teams.

• Even though, there shows error while attempting to join the team, the team members are already showing in the database.
