I'm getting this error after Apio: Upload from Atom.
The bootloader board keeps going offline (LED stops blinking).
When I try to execute tinyprog -p hardware.bin:

Also having the issue where the FPGABX is seen and then lost.
Upon resetting the board tinyprog -l will sometimes show the device and then moments late it will disappear.
apio-ide uplaod fails with Error: board TinyFPGA-BX not connected.
