TP bar improved or changed

A bar for the TP doesn't make much sense. The importance of showing the TP of a player is to show if that player is ready to use a Weapon Skill or not. It doesn't matter if their TP is 1000 or 3000. Here are some suggestions:

• Change the TP bar to a number, similar to tparty, that changes color when the member is ready to weapon skill.
• If you keep the bar for TP, then add an optional indicator that shows when a party member is ready to use Weapon Skill. The indicator can be as simple as changing the color of the bar.
