Feature description

Hello!

Could you, please, add an option to use translation engine's voice rendering to read the source text, not only the translation.

Google has a very good voice rendering engine, and I almost exclusively use EasyDict's OCR to know the reading of an
unknown word, so it would be very convenient for me to have this option.

Thanks so much!

Do you want to specify TTS to read the text? Please refer to #14, for the query content, the default TTS is used for reading, for the translation content, the TTS of the current service is preferred, if the current service is not supported TTS, use the default TTS.

The default TTS is Apple, you can modify the default TTS service by entering the following command in the input box and pressing Enter:

easydict://writeKeyValue?EZDefaultTTSServiceKey=Google

Hi, the 2.0.1 version already supports manual setup of TTS service, please select Google TTS on the setup page.
