功能描述

提供固定的默认的语言间对照，方便稳定提供高效的专业名词翻译

使用场景（可选）

初期可参考普通的彩云小译和DeepL，做基础的中英文固定对照即可
后期可以参考Trados和GT4T，配合第三方词库（同时用于单词查询和翻译），精确程度上就会强出非常多
不少API有内置这个功能，但是操作起来比较麻烦与折腾，不同API不同术语库给出不同结果，本地进行处理会更好，就是工作量恐怕不小
