emoticon.txt を自動作成するようにしたい #16

現在は source.txt に gen_emoticon.py をかけて emoticon.txt を生成しており、それも Git の管理化にあるが、emoticon.txt は本来自動生成するべき。

GitHub releases とかにリリースを作る際に勝手に生成するようにすると良さそう。
