RFE - Add feature to mark quotes as 'lame' #30

Let's face it, some quotes just suck. We should be able to mark them as 'lame', something like this:

marklame

We would then need to 'unlame' a quote

marknotlame

When the quote is displayed, the bot will let everyone know it's ashamed to speak these words, for example:

cringes as he recounts:
I can't believe I'm repeating this lame quote, but
