Error/Access problems when reading a just generated text file

I need help with an issue opening a txt-file from basic, which has just been generated by a python script.
I´m doing the following:

• 1. Activating the Apple2-IO-RPI
• 2. Starting a Basic program with adds the "rpi-command" and calls a python script
• 3. the python collects data from the internet and writes a clean textfile to ¯/Apple2-IO-RPi/RaspberryPi/Driveimage/NEWS.TXT
     (only in the RAM). I can't see the file in the Raspi filesystem.
• 4. result: the file has only 1 block when starting the python script from Basic.
• The Basic program can't open/read the textfile - I always get an error form the basic interpreter, that the file is still open
  (FILE BUSY, BREAK IN LINE xyz, FILE(S) STILL OPEN)

Any ideas ?
I think, that the permissions of the file are correct.

I observed the same problem (FILE BUSY, BREAK IN LINE xyz, FILE(S) STILL OPEN) when I try to open a static texfile from Basic, which has been copied to the folder before (re-) starting the Apple IIe.
Starting the -SHELL on the IIe and CAT the file works fine.
