Hi,

What is the output of the custom usage script? Is it just the score/usage prediction from each tissue/model? I was expecting an output vector of size 12 but now I'm assuming that is only for the command-line usage? Thanks for clarifying this!

Also, it looks like each for each tissue the score is the average across an ensemble of five models for that tissue type?
