Clean up old build services that are no longer used

In the Openshift service there's files for build.yaml that previously did a build. We no longer need these build files or anything that overlays the build since we're pulling the images directly from Github now. These should be removed as they are likely no longer used and possibly not functional.

Related to #561

I believe this also would mean we don't need the special openshift-buildconfig.json schema.

We also can remove the Dockerfile.openshift which is no longer used.
