Is it possible to add type annotations to pg8000? If I add a PR to add type annotations, will it be accepted?

Hi @benglewis, is it an option to add type stubs to the https://github.com/python/typeshed project? My concern about using type hints in pg8000 is that it might reduce readability rather than improve it. Maybe the typeshed option is a good compromise?
