landscape: close install modal when installation starts #157

Currently, the app install modal stays open after a user clicks "Get". This can take a long time and feel confusing or broken.

Instead, the sequence should be:

User clicks "Get" on install modal
"Get" changes to loading spinner (this is the current behavior)
Short delay (~1s)
Modal is hidden, returning user to landscape dashboard
If the newly added app tile is not visible, it should be scrolled into view
