Broken App Search

Searching an app provider @p for the first time on a fresh ship, I get "apps found, waiting for entries..." and then it loads indefinitely. To see the apps for download, I have to close and reopen the search, and then reenter the app provider @p.

To Reproduce
Search for an app by a provider with whom you don't yet have a %treaty connection.

Expected behavior
After "apps found, waiting for entries..." it should show the apps and make them available to install.
