[feature request] Import and export blocked call numbers

Since this app work that reliably, maybe it's possible to add import/export blocked numbers aside from just call log. For people like me who have much over 100 numbers and this list is growing, it would be very nice feature to have without workarrounds like installing SimplePhone.

A quick look suggests that adding import and export of blocked numbers should be relatively straightforward; I'll consider implementing it, either as a standalone feature or as an extension to call log import / export.
