Tatanka is a daemon process that lives of the global AWS spot instance infrastructure. It can bid according to a strategy and start tasks on a spot instance. Tatanka can also kill its current self after a specified amount of time and later reincarnates somewhere else. Tatanka communicates by email and Twitter.
