[Feature Request] Add support for data-labelling #50

Hi,

reports_kit is using chart.js as its charting core software.

chart.js has data-labelling feature as plugin which is helpful in visualizing the data without hovering the mouse on chart everytime.

Please add it to reports_kit or other wise let us know how to add it.
