[iPad] Tonkeeper Pro - Ledger connectivity

Great work on the iPad version, very smooth.

Reporting a possible issue with Ledger connectivity: the Bluetooth permission is not requested in the iPad version, so Ledger Bluetooth devices are not found.

In comparison, the mobile version of Tonkeeper requests Bluetooth permission and finds devices, but the Tonkeeper Pro version just searches without ever prompting for permissions.

I hope this helps to trace down the issue.
