basically i want to complete populating a project's deoendencies on other packages. the logic for this is mostly there, but deoendency acquision doesnt seem to work reliably yet, nor is it checked at runtime. populating them doesnt work at all for resources and id bet theres some problems i havent seen yet with symbol dependencies
