Does JustGuage support a chart with a scale category? #375

Is this chart supported on JustGuage?

As you can see, it has a score and a metric under certain ranges. I need this kind of chart with the ability to:

Customize how many scale categories are there in the gauge
Customize the range of the scales
The ability to rename each scale categories and change their color
Perhaps, I also need to get the name of the scale by code depending on where the pointer is pointed to.

I would appreciate your answers. Thanks! :)
