Hello, the two links at the bottom of the page, both with the blue text "calculated with this algorithm" lead to broken links

Expected Fix

Update the links to point at https://help.topcoder.com/hc/en-us/articles/217481618-Algorithm-Ratings for Algorithm and Marathon Matches and https://help.topcoder.com/hc/en-us/articles/219240797-Development-Reliability-Ratings-and-Bonuses for development ratings.
The page in question, I believe, is served by https://github.com/appirio-tech/tc-site repo.
