I personally am not using the launcher very much, but some users without knowledge of injecting might find it useful. Backspace menu and F12 menu are anti-intuitive for some users. I remember not too long ago, when I first tried EoSD the day I know Touhou shmups. Without using Shift, X, and Z, I used all my 3 coins and died in Easy Cirno section. It's extremely important to let new users know the keyboard shortcuts, in case the launcher is removed in future. |

The way I see it, the launcher is beyond the scope of what I think thprac should be. If I got to take over the project before the 2.0 release, the launcher would have never been added. However, people actually use and like the launcher, so my approach to it right now is to just leave it as is, and to just not add any features to it.
The launcher is also a place where people can set options for thprac... but I could also add the same options UI to the F12 menu.
So what should I do with it? Do I leave things as is, or do I move the launcher into a separate project? If the launcher moves into a separate project, there is another question: should thprac remain an exe that injects itself through interesting means (and takes command line parameters), or should it become a DLL?
