Base design css & html

We should implement a first view of the drive extension.
The mockups can be found in the #multimedia section in slack.

• html/css main frame : gliboc
• html/css visualization frame : lassouli

These views should be integrated already to the rest of Tozti, as poechsel did with the weekly calendar in the branch calendar of design.

Next steps:

• uniformize the style of these frames with the rest of Tozti - from style css to sass, and generally use a better factoring
• merge these layouts into the repo allocated to the drive : tozti/tozti-media
