Build issues on macOS Ventura 13.4 and a painless workaround #14625
-
I do semi-annual Algo rebuilds and ran into a bunch of homebrew//ansible issues during the ./algo build step. I couldn't resolve them so just created the smallest sized Digital Ocean droplet, did the build and deploy from that then sftp'ed my config files, and destroyed the droplet. Much easier and faster and less frustration inducing than battling macOS. |

Our strategic goal is to migrate the codebase to Terraform. Python/ansible dependencies have been hard to manage. |
