bug in preprocessHarvest function #1

in analysis.R, the following line crashes the RStudio session:
HarvestData <- preprocessHarvest(HarvestData_raw, IndividualsList)

Inside the function, it specifically crashes at line:
diameters <- do(data, get.diam.node.above.by.segment(.))
