It'll be great if we can use Travis or some other CI to automate release the new versions here.

I do not know how to do it yet.

Can push via api/command:

Travis CI is starting early access stage of Windows Build:
https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/reference/windows/

So hopefully we can do it on Travis CI in the future 🎉
(BTW, we can't build transgui on Travis CI yet)
