Added threading capability so each line in inputs.txt open in a new thread, meaning you can download multiple files at once, easily maxing out your local download speed.
Also tweaked the way existing files are handled - it used to download a file before checking if it already exists, I've reversed it so the file is only downloaded if it doesn't already exist.
