Users need to be able to...

View Rooms
Join Rooms
- Within a room,
  - 'ready' up
  - bet
  - cash out of table (hint, this might just be leaving the table)
- If they have enough to buyin. Else they should be treated as observers
View their monies, and deposit / withdrawl
