I would like to be able to directly apply/export default or custom themes to the web browser.
One idea is to use a script to generate a .txt file that contains the theme settings. The .txt file could be quick referenced instead of looking at the theme .json.
Another idea to export the theme settings to Vivaldi notes, which can be synced. Here, there could be two approaches:
export directly to 'new note' with relevant 'subject' name
perform the action above but place in a designated folder (e.g., material-vivaldi) where each 'note' could be an exported theme
