Function isSyclXilinxType(const QualType &Ty) is hard-coded to handle only cl::sycl::ext::xilinx in https://github.com/triSYCL/sycl/blob/sycl/unified/next/clang/lib/Sema/SemaSYCL.cpp#L1921
But perhaps this is no longer used?
