Qdap not working on R 3.6

Hello, I just upgraded R and, when I try to install the qdap package, I am getting the error: Failed to install/load:
trinker/qdap
When I install qdap from CRAN, I get the error that 'chron' is not available for R 3.6

Also, when I try to install from gitHub instead of CRAN, I get the following error: Malformed Depends or Suggests or Imports or Enhances field. Offending entries: Imports: chron Entries must be names of packages optionally followed by '<=' or '>=', white space, and a valid version number in parentheses.
