Feature Request: only display cover chat message if the target has some form of cover

Currently, the chat displays a message related to cover when a token is targeted. It's very easy for the chat to get spammed with these messages, which are wearisome when someone is attacking an adjacent target. It would be fantastic if that chat message only appeared if the target actually had some form of cover (half cover or greater) from the attacker.
