Open Wounds doesn't apply on Criticals

Hello, I've set Open Wounds to apply on Criticals (linking it with the Lingering Injuries table I made), but Criticals are not able to trigger this effect. Dropping to 0 HP does, a Death Roll check minor than the value I set does, but a Critical hit does not.

The strange thing is that with Maxwell's Malicious M. M. module I am able to make it triggers via criticals.

Having a bit of trouble reproducing this error. With Open Wounds enabled, and Open Wounds - Crits option enabled. When I target a creature and roll an attack that rolls a critical, the open wound is being drawn and applied as expected.

If you turn off all other modules besides 5e Helpers, does this issue persist?
