Filter out dependabot commits in release changelog

For libtrixi we recently removed dependabot's commit messages from the changelog, see trixi-framework/libtrixi#179. This can be done base on the assigned label:

          changelog_ignore: dependencies

(As such it does not capture CompatHelper's messages.)

Would this be of interest to Trixi, too?

It's about the release notes on Trixi.jl, isn't it? I find it useful to have this additional information and do not really see a benefit of dropping it, to be honest. What am I missing?
