CI failed with CUDA driver not found

The CI failed with the following errors

CUDA congifurator 1D: Error During Test at /home/runner/work/TrixiGPU.jl/TrixiGPU.jl/test/test_auxiliary.jl:5
  Got exception outside of a @test
  CUDA driver not found

The tests required GPU support are temporarily removed from CI. Please help set up for using the JuliaGPU Buildkite runners once the repository is transferred to the organization.
