gui should run in browser and work with running ganache-cli instance

this is a feature request

working well :-)

• ganache backend (ganache-cli), classical, dockerized, ... everything as expected
• usability of ganache gui

not ideal

• desktop gui feels like something from a long time ago
• ganach-gui is a mixture of frontend and backend parts
• ganche-gui does not seem to be able to connect to running ganache-cli instance

target (the feature request)

• add ganache webui that is able to connect to ganache backend
• ganache webui should be able to run in docker container

benefits of target

• ui in the browser is what users expect
• dockerizing option is what developers expect
• clean separation of frontend and backend has its merits

duplicate part: decoupling of ganache gui with ganache cli (#322 also asks for this duplication)
non-duplicate part: availability of a web ui instead of a desktop ui (#322 does not ask for a web ui)
