Source of prebuilt CARLA 0.9.13?

The installation instructions provide a link to a Google Drive upload of CARLA 0.9.13. Is this different from a standard build of 0.9.13 sourced from the CARLA repository? I was interested in trying to set up SafeBench on other versions of CARLA, but wanted to understand if the provided version was modified in a way that would prevent running from a different source. The VERSION file says 0.9.13-2-g0c41f167c-dirty implying something was changed, though it is unclear to me what aspects of the source changed if any.
