Ideally, I'd like to be able to include the fields needed to create this structure: https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/rwot11-the-hague/blob/master/advance-readings/a-minimal-approach-to-linked-trust-with-uncertainty.md

or more or less equivalently
https://github.com/blueskyCommunity/OpenTrustClaims/blob/main/open_trust_claim.yaml

and somehow have someone sign it? How will someone sign something from the CLI? mybe that is a separate issue
