Deployment CICD broke when we migrated the v1 specs into it's own subfolder. #47 We will need to fix this at some point.

@andorsk how do we rip out the existing CI/CD - it was never really used and is building the wrong thing anyway.

actually really easy. Just remove this file: https://github.com/trustoverip/tswg-trust-registry-tf/blob/main/.github/workflows/docs.yml and we're good to go.
